StreamBean

Beans are a promotional loyalty currency with no cash value. Beans cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred between accounts, and have no monetary value outside the StreamBean Bean Rewards program. Beans are not a security, a deposit, or a stored-value instrument.

Beans are earned and redeemed solely within the StreamBean app and are tied to your account. They are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or bartered.

Bean Rewards is a Premium-only program. You must have an active StreamBean Premium subscription ($3.99/month or $29.99/year with a 3-day free trial, billed through the App Store or Google Play) to earn and redeem Beans. If your Premium subscription lapses, you will stop earning new Beans but any Beans already in your balance remain available for redemption for 90 days after your Premium expires. After 90 days without an active Premium subscription, your Bean balance will be forfeited.

You earn Beans by engaging with StreamBean. The following activities earn Beans at the listed values:

• Rating a movie or show: +5 Beans per rating
• Writing a review: +15 Beans per review
• Posting on the social feed: +10 Beans per post
• Hosting a watch party: +20 Beans per party hosted
• Daily streak check-in: +5 Beans per day
• Weekly streak completion bonus: +15 Beans for completing all 7 days in a weekly cycle

Beans are credited to your account after the activity is completed and verified. StreamBean reserves the right to adjust earn values at any time. Activities that are reversed, deleted, or determined to be inauthentic (e.g., spam posts, duplicate ratings) will not earn Beans, and any Beans already credited for such activities may be clawed back.

You may earn a maximum of 500 Beans per calendar month. Once you reach the 500-Bean cap in a given month, you will not earn additional Beans until the next calendar month begins. The cap resets on the first day of each calendar month.

Beans can be redeemed for digital gift cards to the movie theater of your choice. Available theaters include:

• AMC Theatres
• Regal Cinemas
• Cinemark
• Fandango
• Alamo Drafthouse

Redemption values:

• 1,000 Beans = $5 digital gift card
• 2,000 Beans = $10 digital gift card

You may redeem up to 1 gift card per calendar month. The redemption limit resets on the first day of each calendar month.

Your first gift card redemption unlocks after 60 days of continuous Premium. This means you must have an active Premium subscription for at least 60 days before you can redeem your first gift card. After your first redemption, subsequent redemptions are available each calendar month as long as your Premium subscription remains active.

When you redeem Beans for a gift card, the digital gift card code will be emailed to your StreamBean account email address from support@streambean.app. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. If you do not receive your gift card within 5 business days, contact us at support@streambean.app.

You can track the status of your redemption in the Bean Rewards section of your Profile. StreamBean is not responsible for gift cards sent to an incorrect or outdated email address on file. Please ensure your account email is current before redeeming.

Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing theater or provider. StreamBean does not control the terms, expiration, or availability of third-party gift cards. Once a gift card code is delivered, StreamBean is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused codes.

In addition to gift cards, Beans may be redeemed for profile customization items, including header themes, avatar frames, and stat tile styles (available in both dark and light renditions).

Customization items you redeem are yours permanently. Once unlocked, customization items remain available on your account even if your Premium subscription lapses. They are not tied to an active Premium subscription.

StreamBean also runs a Monthly Movie Night Giveaway for adult members (18+). The giveaway is governed by separate Movie Night Official Rules, which are incorporated by reference. The giveaway is not sponsored by or affiliated with any movie theater, streaming service, Apple, or Google.

StreamBean reserves the right to modify the Bean Rewards program — including earn values, redemption values, available theaters, monthly caps, and other terms — at any time. When we make material changes, we will update these Bean Rewards Terms and, where required, notify you via email or in-app notice.

StreamBean may suspend or terminate the Bean Rewards program at any time. In the event of program termination, you will have 90 days from the announcement date to redeem any remaining Beans. After that period, unredeemed Beans will be forfeited.

StreamBean may also suspend or terminate your ability to participate in Bean Rewards if you violate these terms, our Terms of Service, or our Community Guidelines, or if we determine you are manipulating or abusing the program.
