No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. You can enter for free as described in Section 4 below.

The Movie Night Giveaway is open to StreamBean members who:

• Are at least 13 years of age (StreamBean's minimum account age)
• Are 18 years of age or older to enter the giveaway drawing (adult members only)
• Are located in the United States
• Have an active StreamBean account in good standing

Members aged 13–17 may use StreamBean but are not eligible to enter the Movie Night Giveaway drawing. StreamBean employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

The Movie Night Giveaway runs in monthly entry periods. Each entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. U.S. Central Time on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59 p.m. U.S. Central Time on the last day of the calendar month. Entries received outside an entry period will not be included in that period's drawing.

There are two ways to enter:

Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Send an email to movie-night@streambean.app with the subject line "Movie Night Entry" and include your StreamBean username in the body. Each email constitutes one free entry per entry period. You may submit one free entry per entry period.

Premium Member Automatic Entry: If you have an active StreamBean Premium subscription during the entry period, you will automatically receive one entry into the drawing at no additional cost.

Paid Raffle Entries: Premium members may purchase additional raffle entries via the app. Each Premium member may purchase up to 5 paid raffle entries per entry period. Paid raffle entries are billed through the App Store or Google Play.

The total number of entries per member per entry period is capped at 6 (1 free or automatic entry + 5 paid raffle entries).

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each entry period. The drawing will take place within 5 business days after the end of the entry period.

The winner will be notified via an in-app notification and/or by email to the address associated with their StreamBean account. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The winner will choose one movie theater from the following list and receive a digital gift card by email:

• AMC Theatres
• Regal Cinemas
• Cinemark
• Fandango
• Alamo Drafthouse

The gift card value and specific terms are determined by StreamBean and announced at the start of each entry period. The digital gift card code will be emailed to the winner's account email address from support@streambean.app within 5 business days of winner confirmation. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing theater or provider.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period. Each entry has an equal chance of being selected.

The Movie Night Giveaway is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any movie theater, streaming service, Apple Inc., or Google LLC. All theater names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless StreamBean and its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from your participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
